Each order is packaged with care in my Mandeville studio. Each product is made to order at the time the order is placed. Please allow up to 3 business days for fulfillment. Once an order leaves my hands I will notify you with the tracking number for the shipment. If you would like to have your order arrive by a specific date, please reach out so that I can do my best to accommodate you. You may do this by leaving a note at check out, or by e-mailing me at handmade@atouchofnola.com. I will do my best and will inform you if I have trouble meeting your request. Please also choose the quickest shipping option when checking out.

All orders addressed to domestic destinations will ship with United States Postal Service (USPS). At checkout, you may select from one of three options: First Class Mail (standard shipping, 2-3 day delivery, no insurance coverage), Priority Mail (1-3 business days, includes insurance covering up to $50 of contents), or Parcel Select Ground (economy ground, 2-8 day delivery, no insurance coverage). You will be notified when your order ships and will receive a tracking number for your order. Please note that these shipping estimates do NOT include the time required for fulfillment.

I advise that you have your packages shipped to a safe and secure address. A Touch of Nola is not responsible for lost packages that have been marked delivered by the carrier. I will, however, do my best to address any damaged or delayed package issues with the carrier on your behalf. You may check your tracking number for your order         . If your shipment comes back to my studio for any reason, I can re-ship your order out again for an additional shipping fee. To avoid returned shipments, please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout or get in touch with me before your order ships. Once the shipment goes out the door, I am not able to adjust shipment details. If your package does not turn up within the expected timeframe, please contact me and I will do my best to rectify the situation! However, please be aware that I can't submit a lost package claim until 20 days after the ship date as the USPS does not consider a parcel 'lost' before then and will not replace an item sooner than this. A Touch of Nola is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to any unforeseen weather, COVID-19, or technical issues with the USPS.
