All A Touch of Nola sales are final. I do not accept returns or offer refunds. I may offer exchanges under limited circumstances:

If your recently purchased jewelry from me happens to break on you as a result of quality or craftsmanship, please reach out to me at handmade@atouchofnola.com within five (5) days of receiving your order so I can send you a return shipping label. The broken item must be mailed back to me within ten (10) days of receipt of your order in all of its original packaging. After ten (10) days no replacement or refunds will be given. While I believe all jewelry should be handled with care, my jewelry should not just fall apart on you. These pieces are delicate in appearance but are well made with love. My jewelry will not withstand abuse and I will not take responsibility for jewelry damaged as a result of rough handling. Either way, if you experience an issue with one of my pieces, e-mail me so I can replace the piece or provide options for repairing it. Upon receipt of the broken item, I will immediately ship out a replacement. If I am not able to replace the broken item, I will refund both the original cost of the item and the original shipping cost. A Touch of Nola reserves the right to refuse any exchange where the product returned is not in its original packaging.

If your order is incorrect when you open your shipment please reach out to me at handmade@atouchofnola.com within five (5) days of receiving your order so I can send you a return shipping label. The incorrect item must be mailed back to me within ten (10) days of receipt of your incorrect order in all of its original packaging. After ten (10) days no replacement or refunds will be given. Incorrect item(s) mailed back for exchange must be undamaged, untampered with and in their original packaging. A Touch of Nola reserves the right to refuse any exchange where the product returned is not in its original condition or packaging.

I’ve outlined a few scenarios below that might prompt interest in a return even though I do not offer them. I have offered recommendations on how to avoid the problem in the first place.

For Brides: please consider your purchase(s) carefully. Envision the piece in your bouquet, consider where your Nola destination wedding will take place and what memories you want that piece to invoke? Would you like it to match your bouquet? Is there a particular location in the French Quarter instead that you just LOVE and would enjoy carrying on your special day? These are all questions to think about when narrowing down your bouquet pendant choice. Also, keep in mind that exact measurements are listed on each product’s description. Getting out a ruler to see realistic measurements is recommended so there are no surprises when you open your order. I have taken great care in providing many pictures of my products, including close-up detail shots, so that you can see exactly what the products look like, allowing you to make a well-informed decision before placing your order. These close-up detail shots may make the products appear larger than they are in real life. Having a realistic view with a ruler will help you visually see the actual size. Being a photographer myself, I do my very best to portray the colors in my jewelry as accurately as possible in my photos.

For the Guys: when trying to decide on a product choice for the men in your wedding party or family consider what color combinations they will be wearing and which items will look best with those colors. I encourage and welcome you to email me any pictures of your groom's and/or groomsmen's wedding day attire so that I can help make recommendations and ensure the perfect choice is made for your order.

For the Ladies: when picking out those thank you gifts for the ladies in your wedding party or family, please consider their personalities and what you think they might enjoy receiving most as a gift? What works for one person might not work for another, so don't be afraid to give different gifts. That way, everyone knows you took the time to pick out something just for them.  When it comes to saying “thanks,” choosing the perfect gift can feel like a wedding checklist item all its own but it's better to get your bridesmaid's gifts sooner rather than later. Most importantly, make sure your people feel the love. Take time to write each one a note about how much they mean to you, and why you chose to keep them close on your wedding day. Include these special notes in with your gift that will remind them of your special day in Nola. Please reach out if you need help in making that special "thank you" gift absolutely perfect. I am here for you!

Thank you for taking the time to look into my policy on returns and exchanges. It’s probably safe to assume that you’re interested in reading this because you might want to return an item you are currently looking to purchase or that you recently purchased. Your reason for considering a return may be one of a number of reasons. Please let me help answer or resolve any concerns that you may have so that you can feel good about your order. I encourage you to e-mail me at handmade@atouchofnola.com if you have any questions. I'm good at solving problems so let me assist you through any challenge you’re experiencing that is a result of shopping with me online. I do not accept returns and I do not accommodate exchanges for different products. To understand why this is my policy, please keep reading...

You’re probably happy to know that I can offer exchanges under certain circumstances but still disappointed that I don’t offer any returns. Let me explain why. I am a small business, a very small business. I typically don’t make a product until an order is placed for it, so, when you place an order, I'm making it specifically for you. There are no other hired hands producing these pieces and each is handmade by me alone. Each time that I accommodate an exchange, I am taking the time to make another product for you. I have made the decision to limit exchanges and I choose not to accept returns because it is simply not cost effective for my operation. My time is limited and I handle all aspects of my business myself. To keep up with orders and to still set aside enough time needed to maintain my business, work on new pieces/products and directions for my brand this is the only feasible choice. Please support my small handmade business by reaching out beforehand with any questions! I welcome you to email pictures of your wedding color palettes, flower choices for your bouquet, tux/suit colors, etc. I am here to help in any way I can to ensure you make the best product choices that reflect you and your wedding day!

I believe deeply in the quality of my products and know that my products are better in real life than they appear online. If you’re reluctant to purchase something that you have yet to see in person, I think it’s safe to say that if you’re drawn to it online then you will not be disappointed when you receive the product in the mail.

Thank you for taking the time to read about my policy and my small business. I hope it offers answers to your questions and improves your online shopping experience with me. Purchase of my products implies compliance with my policies. As always, please reach out if you have any lingering questions.
